A 60-minute functional strength class design to get you moving and sweating at a pace that works for your body! Modifications for different levels will be demonstrated. In class, you'll start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by three strength circuits with all the modifications to suit your needs. No equipment needed! Come ready to move, sweat and smile.
