With the guidance of Fiji, an experienced instructor who has already helped over 100,000 people incorporate yoga into their lives through her inspiring online instruction, you can begin your own journey of regular yoga practice. 

In this introductory yoga practice, you will explore the fundamental aspects of yoga, including the basics of optimal breathing, foundational and accessible postures and a deep relaxation experience using mindfulness techniques.
