Yoga Nidra, nicknamed "yogic sleep" is a guided experience done entirely lying down. The cues given by your instructor over the 60-minute (can be any length of time) period are intended for you to retain some level of wakefulness while experiencing deep rest and relaxation.

Nourishing and reflective, this practice is suited to the yin-like qualities of wintertime that encourage us to go inward. You'll come out of the experience feeling rested, rejuvenated and sparked with creativity.
