Through guided, sound and movement mentations combined with the power of self reflection from journalling, Elaisha Jade teaches her students how to be mindful and self-aware.

She uses a combination of guided breathing techniques and the vibrations and feelings of bliss through guided chanting sound meditation and sequences to increase self-awareness and-stress management. See a boost in energy or feelings of relaxation during this 30-minute or 60-minute session.
