In this casual but informative workshop, craft beer industry veteran Erica Campbell will guide you and your team through four unique Ontario craft beers.

As you taste the curated selection, learn about each unique brew. You’ll discover how brewing ingredients like malt, hops, and yeast impact the final product. Learn how to identify the similarities and differences between beers while discovering a new favourite.

The Ontario craft beer industry offers an incredible variety from European classic lagers to boundary-pushing IPAs and fruit-infused sours. Learn about this new wave of brewing while Erica demystifies the styles and terminology.

Erica is the founder and operator of the Society of Beer Drinking Ladies and is a mama to 2 young babes, so feel free to ask her questions on wearing many hats, female entrepreneurship, why the SOBDL is an important part of the craft beer landscape.
