I’m not positive how many people will play. Is it OK if more/less people show up than what I project?

Absolutely! Our simple event format was purposefully designed so that attendance fluctuations don’t affect how we host. Whether 5 people show up or 50, our host will welcome them warmly and make sure they have a blast connecting through fun! *Please note, if the actual attendance goes above the projected attendance, no sweat! You will simply be charged for these extra players after the soiree.

Is it OK if players log in late or leave early?

Definitely! Our flexible format makes it easy to ingratiate folks who arrive late and easily roll with people leaving early.

I've never hosted a hybrid event before. Would you help me with setup and any other necessary steps?

Definitely! We're here to help. The whole process is really simple and we'll make sure it's a breeze for you to setup and for your virtual and in-person players to enjoy!

How much time will be spent with the whole group and how much time will be enjoyed with small teams?

Roughly 60% of the event is experienced with everyone while 40% is enjoyed in small teams (3-5 people). Games are easy to play and allow introverts and extroverts to comfortably connect. Attendees can communicate in the big group as well if they feel comfortable speaking or typing in the chat. However, it is perfectly acceptable to just watch the fun and listen to instructions while in the big group!

Do I (the event organizer) have to be at the event?

Nope! Our events are fully hosted so it will go smoothly whether you’re there or not. If you do decide to attend, we highly encourage you to join in the fun as we’ll take care of everything!

Can winners be found/announced by the host?

Yes! We're easily able to find/announce the winning team(s). The names of the winning teams will be sent to you in the event recap the next business day!

Will players have to perform or be singled out in front of the entire group?

Nope! Most of the talking they’ll be doing will be in small groups of 3-5 people (while in breakout rooms). If they feel like talking in the main room, great! If not, they can easily chat out their thoughts or stay silent while with everyone. It's up to them!

When will the event start/players be let in from the waiting room (if joining virtually)?

The host will login to start the waiting room 10 minutes before the event start time. They will then let people in from the waiting room at the exact event start time.

I have some unique event requests. Can this soiree be customized?

100%! We LOVE personalizing events to meet your needs. Our format was designed to be super simple so we can easily handle specific requests, unknown variables, last second curveballs, etc. If you can dream it up, we can likely do it!

Our friendly host is broadcast live on a TV at your venue to lead in-person players through a fun & social experience. Virtual players will enjoy the same festive activities by simply clicking the video link to login. No matter what event type you choose, a friendly host will easily lead everyone through unique games that allow people to comfortably connect through fun! During the event, attendees will experience entertainment and instructions provided by the remote host (with the whole group) while also enjoying stress-free collaborations (in small teams). To keep things engaging, social, and fresh, the host will switch team groupings every time a new game is introduced! Virtual players will be teamed up through various breakout rooms groupings while in-person attendees will simply stand up and create a new team. No apps, downloads, or websites are necessary as all players just need to have a pen/paper on hand. One of the main advantages of booking with a remote host versus the traditional on-site host is the access we have to technology. Whereas an on-site host has tech limitations and lacks flexibility, we’re leading the event directly through a computer. This allows us to seamlessly use themed backgrounds, play upbeat music, share our screen, send out Q&A’s through the chat, pivot in real-time to best entertain/connect players, and easily handle curveballs.
