Laura attended the prestigious Callebaut Academy followed by an internship at Knipshildt chocolatier in Norwalk, Connecticut and worked as a Pastry Chef at leading restaurant in Toronto. This chocolate bar is handmade from the finest couverture chocolate and individually painted in luxurious colours. Hand wrapped in authentic Japanese Chiyogami paper, each bar offers a superlative visual and taste experience for the true chocolate lover. While the handmade Peppermint Patties are enrobed in 64% dark chocolate and infused with all natural peppermint oil, our patties are a mint lover's dream.
