A private customized ordering portal is set up for your employees, allowing them to select from more than 250+ premium food, drink and home products and have them packed in a gift box and shipped to their home.

➕ Add-Ons: People teams can customize the experience for employees in a variety of ways, including adding corporate swag to each box and/or a branded insert with a message of your choice.

How it works:

Simply set a budget per employee and each employee will receive a unique discount code (via email on the date and time of your choice) and instructions on how to access your private snack box portal to create their customized Snack Box. The discount codes have an expiration date, based on your team's preference.
Once the employee receives the email with a link to the private Snack Box Portal, they add their preferred snacks, drinks and home goods to their cart.
At checkout, the employee enters the discount code to bring the dollar value of the transaction to $0, selects the "Free Shipping" option and submits their order.
The employee will then get an order confirmation email & a second email will follow notifying them of the shipment, which includes the UPS tracking number.

While employees see a free shipping option at checkout to ensure a smooth transaction experience, the total shipping costs for the program are invoiced separately to the client.

Employees can select a "Free Shipping" option at checkout to remove any friction in the transaction and to ensure that someone living in a remote area does not get unfairly impacted with a high shipping fee, compared to an employee living in an urban centre (where shipping fees are less expensive).

However, all shipping fees are billed back to the client separately, once the program has closed and no additional codes can be redeemed. For budgeting purposes, typical shipping fees to employees in Ontario range between $12-15, while shipping fees to Alberta and B.C. are in the $18-$22 range. It is worth noting that the shipment cost depends on both the destination and the weight of the box.

foodiepages offers employees ~250 different products and rotates in new products seasonally. Virtually all products available to employees are from small artisan food and drink makers from across Canada (no massed produced junk food). Beyond food and drink, foodiepages carries a selection of home goods (candles, mugs, cookbooks, blankets, etc.) as well as self-care products (lotions, bath products, balms, etc.) to choose from. foodiepages works hard to ensure there is a broad range of products that will satisfy all tastes and preferences of your workforce.

foodiepages offers a support email address (orders@foodiepages.ca) which is actively monitored and responds directly to employees questions or concerns, typically same day.

foodiepages can add specific items to every box for a nominal pick and pack fee per box. For example, you may want to add a branded swag item to each box or a branded insert with a message from one of your senior leaders. foodiepages will work with you to create the optimal employee unboxing experience.

That's up to you. Typically, clients will give employees 2-4 weeks to redeem their codes. foodiepages will send out 1-2 email reminders as the deadline approaches. But you decide the expiration date for the discount codes.

foodiepages only invoices for codes that are redeemed. For example, if you send out $100 codes to your 1,000 employees but only 850 employees redeem their code, then you are only charged for $100 x 850 employees.
